By accessing or using FunnelFoundry (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

These terms apply to funnelfoundry.net and the FunnelFoundry platform, including the mobile and web interfaces.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Services.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Use the Services for their intended purpose: analyzing, scoring, and rewriting copy you are authorized to work on.

• Do not misuse the Services or attempt to access data you are not authorized to see.
• Do not submit content you do not have the right to process.
• Do not use output to violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Services.

Scores, suggestions, and rewrites are advisory and generated by an AI model, which can be imperfect.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any copy, and for compliance in your jurisdiction.

Plans and credit top-ups are billed in Philippine pesos. Credits are consumed by analyses and lead imports.

Your account shows your remaining credits and plan details. You are responsible for managing your usage within your plan.

If you connect an email account, you authorize us to access the threads and contacts needed to provide your inbox.

You may disconnect the connection at any time from your mailbox settings.

You retain the rights to the copy you submit. You grant us the limited right to process it to provide the Services.

Our software, branding, and materials remain our property.

The Services rely on third-party providers for AI processing, email, and payments. Their terms and privacy policies apply to those parts of the service.

You may stop using the Services at any time and delete your account.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we are required to do so by law.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee specific results from scoring or rewriting.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here.
