FunnelFoundry (“we”, “us”) provides an AI copy analysis platform for Philippine businesses. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy applies to funnelfoundry.net and the FunnelFoundry platform (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

• Account information: the name and email you provide when you sign up.
• Content you submit for analysis: headlines, value propositions, calls to action, and body copy you paste in for scoring and rewriting.
• Connected inbox data: if you connect an email account, we access the threads you work on and the contacts, companies, and deals they link to.
• Lead information: contact details you import or scrape through lead generation.
• Usage and technical information: pages you visit, device and browser details, and server logs needed to run and secure the service.

• Provide and improve the Services, including producing conversion scores and rewrites.
• Connect your inbox and link threads to contacts, companies, and deals.
• Communicate with you about your account, billing, and product updates.
• Secure the Services and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We process your information based on your consent — for example, when you submit copy for analysis or connect an email account — and on our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services, balanced against your rights.

In the Philippines, our processing is governed by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

When you run an analysis or rewrite, the copy you submit is sent to a third-party AI provider to generate scores and suggestions. We share only the content you submitted, and we use the results to display your analysis.

Please do not submit content you are not authorized to process, or that contains sensitive personal information you do not want shared with an AI provider.

If you connect Gmail, Outlook, or an SMTP mailbox, we access the messages and threads needed to display your inbox and link conversations to contacts and deals. Where available, we connect through OAuth so you do not share your password with us.

You can disconnect or remove the connection at any time from your mailbox settings.

Subscriptions and credit top-ups are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card number; card details are handled directly by the processor.

We share the minimum necessary information with the service providers we rely on to run the product:

• A third-party AI provider that processes copy you submit for scoring and rewriting.
• Email providers you choose to connect for your inbox.
• A payment processor that handles billing.
• An email delivery service for transactional and product-update messages.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use essential session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can delete individual analyses at any time, and you can request deletion of your account data.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to certain processing. You may also raise a concern with the National Privacy Commission.
